My need to relocate was very sudden and unexpected. From the minute I called to see about an apartment the staff has been ... tremendous to work with. vNot long ago I wrote a somewhat negative review about The Ellison, and now I am here to issue a retraction of the negative ... portions of that review. Seeing as how I really love this place and its management team, I am only too happy to offer the following update: The Eiilson is an absolutely GREAT place to live, and I'm thrilled to be able to call it home. I wholeheartedly recommend it. The grounds are well kept and pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents are respectful, easy going and quiet. The apartments are clean, comfortable and welcoming. Truly, The Ellison is more than simply a place to live, it's a place to call home. In a previous review, I mentioned how much I liked ALMOST everything. My only complaint was a very specific issue with some noise. Thankfully, that complaint has been address and rectified. The management team, led by manager Kristy, took my concerns very seriously, and worked closely with me to help get the problem solved. Never once did I feel dismissed or minimized. Instead, I felt appreciated and valued as a resident. The management team listened to my complaints/concerns and took them seriously. They worked closely with me and together we uncovered the flukey mystery. I truly could not be more pleased with my overall experience not only with The Ellison in general, but the management team in particular. If my own personal experience is any indication, everything about this place screams "first class." Actually, it WHISPERS "first class" ... and that's even better.
